What time can I check in and check out at the Platinum Hotel?

Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. You must be 21 or older to reserve or stay in a guest room. A major credit card must be presented to check-in.

Can I get a late check out?

Late check out is available at The Platinum Hotel for a fee. Please contact our front desk to make arrangements by calling (702) 365-5000.

How do I cancel or modify a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. Within 72 hours, a penalty charge of one night's room and tax is applicable.

What amenities are included at Platinum Hotel?

A walk-out balcony with stunning Vegas views, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools open all year, fitness center, laundry service, room service, television, living room with queen-sized pull out couch, bedside radio, fully-equipped kitchen with appliances, double vanities, in-room safe, pillow-top mattresses, and green-friendly suites.

What is the resort fee?

The resort fee at the Platinum Hotel is $32.00 + tax, per night. This includes WiFi, a complimentary bottle of wine per stay, in-room coffee, local & toll-free calls, printing of airline boarding passes, use of indoor and outdoor pool areas, fitness center access, in-room refrigerator with filter water and ice makers, and complimentary self-parking.

How close to The Strip are you?

Do you offer accessible accommodations for the physically challenged?

Yes, we offer one-bedroom Accessible Suites. Service support dogs are also welcome. For more details, please read about our Accessible Suites and Amenities here.

Is the Platinum family-friendly?

Yes, families with children are welcome to stay in our suites. We also offer children's menus in the restaurant, and in-door/out-door pools are heated and open year-round.

Are pets allowed at Platinum Hotel?

Yes, we are a dog-friendly hotel! We welcome all service animals as well as dogs under 40 pounds. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for dogs under 40 pounds. Please call our front desk at (702) 365-5000 for more information on our guidelines.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?

The Platinum Hotel does not provide transportation to or from the airport; however, there are other options such as taking a taxi, ride-share, limo or shuttle that are available at the airport.

Do you offer parking for guests?

Yes! Platinum Hotel offers complimentary self-parking.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Platinum Hotel is a completely non-smoking, non-vaping hotel. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces and suite balconies.

Is cannabis permitted at your hotel?

Platinum Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel, including the use of cannabis.

Is vaping permitted at your hotel?

Platinum Hotel is a completely non-smoking and non-vaping hotel, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping pens.

Can I check or hold my luggage?

Yes. Luggage can be checked with the Platinum Hotel's bell desk daily.

What kitchen appliances are included in the room?

A refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, coffee-maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and stove top are all included. Guests can also enjoy electric fireplaces and an in-suite washer and dryer in select suites.

Do you sell groceries or meals that I can cook in my suite?

We have a grab-n-go marketplace in our hotel lobby, open 24/7 and offering convenient, easy meals and snacks for your stay. We also offer in-room dining daily from 7:30am - 11:00am & 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Learn more here.
